No. No logo, and a government agency would not write like that, nor would they mess up capitalizations on words.

OK, well I did not open the virus, but I think one of my friends did. He opened it on MY computer though, but once I opened the .zip file there was nothing in it, and when I did my norton scan nothing out of the ordinary was detected. So could it have included the worm/virus or not?

I suggest you burn your computer and have the remains buried in 6 feet of solid concrete. You can never be too sure. I'd run a geiger counter over my body and get physical checkups on a regular basis as well.

Nice find. The OP shouldn't be worried anyway unless he's been naughty. Or has he?

True story: 3 years ago someone stole my credit card and charged over $8000 worth of merchandise. As the transactions crossed state lines and involved the internet it became, technically, a federal offense. I notified the FBI, the US Postal Inspector and the Federal Trade Commission among others. My social security number was also stolen so I notified them as well. The US Postal Inspector came to visit my office and admitted that the FBI wouldn't do a thing about it - only because it was not that big a crime (to them).

I was really pissed about getting my identity stolen. To make a long story short, over the next week, I managed to track the person down myself (yes, it's possible sometimes if you don't mind getting your hands dirty). I assembled a 26 page report complete with chronology and the thief's personal contact information and submitted it to the local authorities. The detective assigned to my case was surprised and, jokingly, asked me if I wanted a job. It didn't take him but a few minutes to check my report and even let me come along to watch them grab the sucker who stole my ID at her workplace. It was a satisfying moment to see the look on her face when they nabbed her.
Thats great. Good detective work. We need flks to start doing that around here, the cops need as much help as they can get.
